About the department

As a Tech Lead, you will join the IT Development department, consisting of 25 employees across multiple development teams, three tech leads, and an architect who collaborates across teams. Dansk Sundhedssikring is on an exciting journey with its IT systems, focusing on implementing a cloud strategy and transitioning from monolithic solutions to microservices. About the position

As a Tech Lead, you will take full ownership of the IT systems AMN and Primacare, with a primary focus on AMN, which is central to both healthcare professionals and the finance team. The AMN system is undergoing a transformation from AMN 2.0 to AMN 3.0, and your role will be crucial in ensuring the system’s development aligns with business processes. You will drive the development process, take ownership of both operations and development, and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for operational issues.

You will gain an overview of both the current and desired system architecture and, in collaboration with the architect, develop a roadmap for architectural improvements. Additionally, you will play a key role in quality assurance by defining test cases and ensuring quality with each release.
