About the department

PolyPeptide is seeking to strengthen its Global IS/IT capabilities by adding a Service Owner to the Global IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services team. The company collaborates with a partner to deliver Infrastructure services to its global organization and has a core team managing this relationship. This team also provides support to the broader Global IS/IT division in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure services.

The Global IS/IT department is committed to supporting the business in everything from strategy execution to operational delivery. As a Service Owner, you will be part of a team responsible for building the foundation of PolyPeptide’s IT services. The team consists of two Service Owners, an Infrastructure Architect, and an Infrastructure Specialist. While the Infrastructure Architect drives cloudification and infrastructure improvements, the Infrastructure Specialist focuses on troubleshooting and supporting various activities within the team.

About the role

As a Service Owner, you will leverage your expertise in project management, technical support for Microsoft servers and databases, infrastructure solution design, and change and release management. Operating in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, you will play a key role in ensuring documentation aligns with industry requirements.

The position is based in Malmö, with global responsibilities. The role may require occasional business trips and work outside standard business hours. You will report to the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the lead towards the business to support the implementation/migration of IT systems in Enterprises and Manufacturing
  Globally.
• Working with Infrastructure Architect to ensure the IT stack for your area is maintained and operational from Hardware, Network, Physical and Virtual Servers, and Microsoft Services. (SQL, RDS, etc.).
• Supporting the administration of core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential server roles.
• Creating and maintaining documentation in line with GxP requirements for pharmaceutical companies.
• Ensuring global IS/IT operations on a day-to-day basis, taking technical responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and support of the services.
• Participating in projects related to your service to ensure delivery and
  expectations.
• Monitoring vendor deliveries to ensure compliance with regulatory
  requirements.
