About the Department

As a Global BCM & Support Manager, you will join NTG’s Global IT organization, which supports all 80 of NTG companies across nine countries. You will be part of a dynamic team of three, including the Head of Department and two fellow Global BCM & Support Managers, based in Hvidovre. The team is known for its deep expertise in CargoWise, logistics, and transportation, and works closely to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. NTG fosters a relaxed and collaborative work environment, balancing professional growth with social engagement through various events and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

About the Position

In this position, you will play a critical role in NTG’s global logistics operations, focusing on the implementation and optimization of CargoWise – NTG’s primary logistics system. You will lead CargoWise implementation projects across different countries, ensuring that NTG’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to NTG’s CargoWise users, solving complex issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will facilitate training for users across Europe, Asia, and the US, contributing to the continuous enhancement of NTG’s logistics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CargoWise implementation projects in multiple countries, handling setup and GAP analysis.
  • Serve as a key advisor and support figure for NTG’s CargoWise users.
  • Manage user profiles and ensure accurate maintenance within the CargoWise application.
  • Promote and implement best practices to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for users across Europe, Asia, and the US to ensure effective use of CargoWise.
  • Collaborate with the business team to study workflows and optimize logistics operations.
  • Set up and follow up on agreed processes in CargoWise, ensuring alignment with business needs.
