Contract Manager

CBRE Data Center Solutions are looking for a Contract Manager to manage, motivate and develop the on-site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a business critical 24/7/365 operating production environment. The Contract Manager is responsible for the production and implementation of standard operating procedures and to audit and monitor the on-site operations team’s efficiency against Service Level Agreements and customer expectations. The Contract Manager provides leadership management, and development of the contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded. The role is responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects of the Critical Environment operations supporting the Clients production data centre environment including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, monitoring, control systems.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of HSE statutory regulations
  Experience with UPS, switch gear, Transformers, Fire Alarm systems and Fire Suppressions systems (sprinklers)
• Experience with or from the Outsourcing industry
  Prior experience with Supplier management and negotiations
• Strong understanding of ticketing or work flow management systems and tools
• Experience with escalation management and emergency issues incl. client communications
• Project Management experience
